Two different logins exist. Your heliguy.com shop account is for buying and rentals. This support account is separate — it's what lets you open repair tickets and track their status here. You can open a ticket as a guest, but an account keeps all your repairs in one place.

Serial numbers are checked against our records — equipment supplied by heliguy qualifies for the discounted rate. If a repair isn't under warranty or covered by a Repair & Refresh policy, the £39 inspection fee applies. Charges shown include VAT.
Lead times & what to expect
Inspection within 24–72 hours of receipt
We aim to assess every item within one to three working days of arrival. Inspection and repair times depend on the individual case and, for test flights, weather conditions.
Assessment & quote
Once inspected, we confirm the fault, the applicable service tier and any parts required before work proceeds.
Liquid damage
We're unable to repair items considered water-damaged — where liquid damage is verified, a replacement will be recommended.
